Woman Charged While Visiting Gravesite

Monday, a woman from Charlotte was charged with trespassing after returning to her husband's gravesite.

Lovel Floyd had been ordered not to return to the Beatties Ford Memorial Gardens in Huntersville.

Eyewitness News was at the cemetery when police arrested her Monday afternoon.
