Taphophilia (dot) Com would not be possible without the knowledge, experience and talent of DarkestWeb. From
its conception and early development, DarkestWeb

UK-
A Metropolitan Housing Trust tenant whose badly decomposed body was found more than two years after she died was only discovered during an attempt to repossess her flat.

Joyce Vincent, aged 41, was found in January this year surrounded by unopened Christmas presents and shopping bags, according to the coroner's inquest into her death.

Relatives and neighbours had failed to raise the alarm. The trust decided to break into the flat after Vincent fell thousands of pounds into rent arrears, the coroner heard.

A trust spokesperson confirmed Vincent had moved into the property in February 2003. 'Housing benefit was in part paying Ms Vincent's rent, therefore there was no reason to suspect anything unusual had happened,' she said.

The trust had no plans to change its procedures in light of the case but was looking at what personal checks it could make on residents that were 'not vulnerable, do not have gas appliances and do not contact us for a responsive repair to be carried out,' she added.
