A Taphophilia Thank You...

Taphophilia (dot) Com would not be possible without the knowledge, experience and talent of DarkestWeb. From
its conception and early development, DarkestWeb
was faced with many challenges; from inspiring and motivating, to providing guidance and direction. The continued dedication and support has produced results greater than ever expected, and for this, I owe a huge debt of gratitude.

Mordaunte's Coffin Shaped Gems and Jewelry - divine morbidity with good taste! Just in time for the Halloween season we present perfectly shaped coffin gemstones and jewelry.

West Palm Beach, FL (PRWEB) August 24, 2004 -- Mordaunte’s Coffin-Shaped Gems and Jewelry© specializes in semi-precious faceted gemstones, cut into a perfect 6-sided coffin shape by exclusive contract with an international gemstone company. Gemstones include blood red Mozambique garnets, jet black onyx, dark purple amethyst, white sapphires, emerald green topaz, dark blue spinel and smokey brown topaz. In stock sizes range from 1 to 10 carats, but any carat size can be obtained. "So far, I am the only one in the world that does this", says Mordaunte - owner, designer and creator.

In addition to the gemstones, she designs and creates finished jewelry in both men’s and women’s fashions. These include rings, bracelets, earrings, pendants, rosaries, charms, tie tacks, cufflinks and body jewelry, done in sterling silver as well as 14k gold. In keeping with the coffin-shaped design, purchases are even shipped in a cardboard coffin-shaped box.

Her celebrity clientele list includes members of some of the hottest heavy metal bands. An on-air interview with Mordaunte can be experienced on WMTL radio, 91.5FM in West Palm Beach, Florida by the mighty DJ, 'Rattlehead'. She also did an on-air interview with Hamish & Jolene of New Zealand's radio station, 93.4 Coastline FM. Her designs have been showcased in popular fantasy and renaissance mail order catalogs. She made a personal appearance during Halloween 2003 at Erebus, the premiere 4-story haunted edifice in Pontiac, MI and will be returning for the 2004 season. She is also part of the video "Haunted Halloween Happenings" due out on VHS and DVD in the summer of 2004, along with Rob Zombie, Alice Cooper and "Elvira". Her gems and jewelry are also part of "Village Of The Damned" on the upcoming 2004 Ozzfest tour.

Mordaunte owns an extensive coffin collection, numbering upwards to 350 items of various sizes and materials, collected all over the world for the past 30 years. She drives a 1986 Cadillac Presidential Limo Hearse. Her nickname has affectionately become - “The Coffin Queen”. She is 6 feet tall. As time permits, Mordaunte also writes vampire erotica. "I used to be a computer engineer, but this is all I do now. I took my lifelong hobby and love of the coffin shape and turned it into a career", Mordaunte says of her coffin collection and unique business. She can be seen at: www.coffingems.com/mordaunte.jpg

It is a time when one's spirit is subdued and sad, one knows not why; when the past seems a storm-swept desolation, life a vanity and a burden, and the future but a way to death.
